Matt Luongo is the Founder and CEO of Thesis*, a bitcoin venture studio funding and building decentralized products and protocols that enable personal empowerment.

Antonio Salazar Cardozo

Antonio Salazar Cardozo is the CTO at cryptocurrency venture studio Thesis*. With more than 15 years as a software engineer, Antonio has cultivated tremendous expertise in both frontend and backend web technologies, as well as in desktop application development.

Victoria Chan

Victoria Chan is Chief Operating Officer at Thesis*, overseeing operations across the venture studio's BitcoinFi portfolio. With 20+ years in tech—including leadership roles at Coinbase and Google—she brings deep expertise in scaling blockchain products and global operations.

Michael Gluzman

Michael Gluzman is Chief Design Officer at Thesis, where he guides how Bitcoin comes to life through design, brand, and everyday experience. He oversees brand and product design for Mezo, Taho, and Threshold, and was the founding designer behind Fold. Previously, Michael led design for several of The Coca-Cola Company's flagship beverage brands. His perspective is shaped by movement—through travel, photography, and time outdoors.

Carolyn Reckhow

Carolyn Reckhow is Chief Strategy Officer at Thesis*, where she drives strategy across the venture studio's Bitcoin-focused portfolio. An early ConsenSys employee who scaled the firm to 900+ people as Director of Operations, Carolyn has spent over a decade building crypto products—including her work at Casa bringing Bitcoin security to market.

Engin Erdogan leads decentralized economy development at Thesis*, focusing on BitcoinFi infrastructure. With 20+ years in design and tech, he specializes in bridging Bitcoin and Ethereum—unlocking BTC liquidity for developers and businesses while maintaining decentralization and security across multi-chain architectures.

Brian Mahoney is co-founder of Mezo and a long-time contributor at Thesis*. With 8+ years in crypto and a background in traditional finance (HSBC, Lazard), he's helped crypto startups raise over $100M and secure $500M+ in TVL.
