What You'll Do
Drive sales productivity through data-driven insights - Analyze sales performance metrics, identify bottlenecks in the sales process, and recommend actionable improvements to increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycle length. Partner with sales leadership to implement changes that directly impact revenue growth.
Own and optimize the sales technology stack - Manage the CRM system and integrated sales tools, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and seamless workflows. Lead evaluations and implementations of new sales technologies, from vendor selection through rollout and training.
Deliver actionable reporting and forecasting - Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, quota attainment, and key performance indicators. Who You Are
Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, within the technology, cryptocurrency or fintech space. A strong understanding of web3, specifically on Bitcoin and DeFi, is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do
Ideate, plan, create and deploy engaging content across multiple owned social platforms and third party communities; Including X/Twitter, Discord, Reddit and more.
Develop and execute on a comprehensive social media strategy for Slice and Lolli and enhance brand awareness, online presence and engagement of each brand.
Strengthen brand perception and rebuild trust by addressing community feedback, improving sentiment across platforms (including review sites), and developing initiatives that highlight positive user experiences.
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance and iterate on strategy.
Create processes and documentation so that the social media team can be scaled when necessary.
Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify and curate product and ecosystem-related news with our content team to bring our brands and tone of voice to life.
Requirements
>3 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing large channels with a high volume of followers
Proven experience in reputation management, with the ability to address negative sentiment, rebuild trust, and improve brand perception across social and review platforms.
Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms and industry best practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the vision and strategic roadmap for the core product across mobile and integrated platforms. You will ruthlessly prioritize initiatives to ensure we are always focused on the highest impact work.
User Journey: Architect the end-to-end shopper journey. You will partner with UX/UI to design elegant, intuitive, and frictionless experiences from merchant discovery to reward redemption that delight users and build lasting trust.
